- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects
- Ensures timely and effective recruitment
- Verifies and secures all pre-employment documents and employee records for legal compliance
- Maintains and updates the manpower master list, headcount, and employment status
- Ensures legal compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government updates
- Creates and executes effective onboarding plans
- Monitors training and development programs
- Assists in performance management processes
- Supports management in disciplinary actions and grievance handling
- Ensures proper review of NTEs, DAs, and memos before issuance
- Supervises HR and GA team members in daily operational activities
- Handles government-mandated transactions/matters (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Monitors attendance, tardiness, and absences of employees, including contractuals
- Processes timekeeping, leave applications, and attendance records
- Leads employee engagement forum and coordinates schedule of programs
- Addresses employee welfare and benefits concerns
- Submits accurate HR reports and updates in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer/Sr HR Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related behavioral science course, and with relevant work experience
- Strong and broad understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits
- Hands-on experience in core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and employee relations.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMIS or other HR systems is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capability
- High level of integrity, ethics, and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php23,458.00 per month
