About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a French Canadian / American Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our clients from French Canadian and American regions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up where necessary
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and standards

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in French Canadian or American English, both written and spoken
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Inbound/outbound booking, emails and Chats
  • Must be college level and fluent in English as well as French language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
