About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a French Canadian / American Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our clients from French Canadian and American regions.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support to resolve customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions and following up where necessary
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and standards
What we're looking for
- Fluency in French Canadian or American English, both written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Inbound/outbound booking, emails and Chats
- Must be college level and fluent in English as well as French language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
