About the role

Join the dynamic team at Prince Valiant International Corporation as a Service Engineer. In this full-time role based in Iloilo City, Iloilo, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our clients. As a key member of our Technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Laboratory Equipment (Scientific & Educational Engineering equipment
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with our products, and implementing effective solutions
  • Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and reporting on performance metrics
  • Collaborating with the engineering and sales team to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Participating in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in any Engineering , Science or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to fault-finding
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant electrical and electronic equipment, and a keen interest in new technologies
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
