Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
BPO Retail Training Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for voice support associates handling retail accounts. You will deliver engaging and effective training programs, ensuring new hires and existing staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and tenured employees in retail voice accounts.
- Conduct training demonstrations using customer service approaches or create demos focused on improving handling time.
- Monitor and assess trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training content with business needs.
- Maintain accurate training reports, feedback, and documentation.
- Continuously improve training materials and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a
Trainer in a BPO environment
(voice support). - Retail account experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training demos.
- Should not be a job hopper.
