We are seeking a talented and creative Email Graphic Designer specializing in Klaviyo and Shopify to join our team. As a Klaviyo/Shopify Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing email templates, managing email marketing campaigns, designing Shopify store layouts, and utilizing analytics tools to optimize performance. You will work closely with our eCom Account Managers to ensure that design initiatives align with business objectives and maintain our brand's competitiveness in the market.

Position Summary:

  • Craft visually appealing email design templates in Klaviyo that adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different devices

  • Create and monitor email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including promotional activities, newsletters, and automated workflows

  • Design and maintain Shopify store layouts to enhance user experience and drive conversions, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics

  • Utilize Klaviyo and Shopify analytics tools to analyze email and website performance metrics, generating regular reports on key indicators. Segment email lists based on customer demographics and behavior, implementing personalized content and product recommendations to improve engagement

  • Work closely with eCommerce Account Managers to align design initiatives with business objectives and provide support as needed

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing and e-commerce design to maintain competitiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

  • Experience creating visually appealing email templates and managing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo

  • Proficiency in Shopify design and development, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to analyze data and interpret analytics to optimize email and website performance

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
