,I am looking for a FULL-TIME Visa Representative to join my team.

You will learn directly from me, meet foreigners from different parts of the world, and be part of something meaningful — helping people who love the Philippines make it their permanent home.

No experience required — full training will be provided

Hybrid setup — work from home + meet clients in person + government office visits

No office — you will either be at home or meeting clients as scheduled

How the Work Looks in Real Life

I handle all marketing and client onboarding.

You will handle the on-the-ground work in Manila, representing me.

I will send you:

  • The client schedule
  • Meeting location and time
  • Clear instructions for each client

Example:

You will meet John, an American retiree client.

  • Day 1:
  • You accompany John to his medical clinic and then to Immigration (both in Makati). You help fill out forms and make sure he is assisted and not alone. This usually takes around 2 hours.I will cover Grab expenses between offices.
  • Day 2:

You meet John at the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) to submit his documents. This is usually finished in 2 hours or less, then you go home. You ensure:

  • All original documents are complete
  • Photocopies are complete and organized

You do not need perfect English.

You only need to:

  • Get the message across
  • Be sincere
  • Be patient and respectful

Requirements

  • Must be living in Makati or nearby (all on-foot tasks are in Makati City)
  • Detail-oriented, with initiative and an open mind
  • Good communication skills; patient, and a good listener
  • Must have own laptop/computer
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Drive, email, PDF filler
  • BIR-registered as an independent contractor/ willing to register
  • Able to submit NBI Clearance (clean record)

Most Suitable For

  • Tourism or hospitality fresh graduates
  • Former or current call center agents
  • Anyone with experience (professional or personal) working with foreigners

Compensation

  • Starting salary: ₱25,000
  • Bonus: ₱500 per oath-taking (clients you assiste)(average of 7–10 oath-takings per month)
  • Salary review after 3 months
