To manage, control and develop the success of CARD Indogrosir Stores within the community. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, operational standards and procedures implementation, store personnel productivity and control of store operational expenses.

  • Manage daily operation of stores within assigned area.
  • Manage store inventory in cluster assignment.
  • Coaching store personnel to increase productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services
  • Monitoring operational cost of store and conducts review from time to time.
  • Evaluate performance of store leader and develop career plans.
  • Organize regular meetings with store leaders and discuss about store updates, issues and opportunities.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
