The Site Nurse promotes employees' health and welfare by performing their duties in line with the Nursing Code of Ethics

  • Care for and treat patients in the office clinic
  • Administer medication, dress wounds, interpret physician's instructions to patients, assist with emergencies, and perform related tasks as directed
  • Maintain records of vital statistics and other pertinent data of patients
  • Clean and sterilize medical equipment and maintain medical supplies
  • Prepare monthly inventory of medicine/supply usage of the clinic and its expenses
  • Treat and educate employees about various medical conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients, regardless of specialty or work setting
  • Record patients' medical history and symptoms, help perform diagnostic tests and analyze results, administer treatment and medications, and help with patient follow-up and rehabilitation
  • Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess the patient's condition

  • Identify safety, health, and environmental hazards;

  • A degree in Bachelor of Nursing

  • Proven experience/skills- clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, physiological knowledge, administering medication, medical teamwork, multi-tasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork-oriented
