What You'll Do

As a Branding Associate, you'll play a key role in internal communications and digital engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation – Internal Social Media

  • Plan and schedule posts to keep employees engaged with updates, events, and achievements.
  • Develop creative and informative content for internal platforms aligned with company initiatives.

Content Creation – Intranet

  • Produce and upload content such as announcements, articles, and updates.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with internal communication goals.

Internal Social Media Profile Management

  • Manage and update internal social media profiles to keep information relevant and fresh.
  • Interact with employees through platform engagements to boost participation and connection.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of Communications or any related course
  • Strong writing skills – clear, concise, and engaging
  • Basic understanding of visual storytelling
  • Able to conceptualize creative content ideas for digital platforms
  • Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with social media/content posting
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to improve
