Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resource operations of the company. This includes handling recruitment and selection, employee relations, timekeeping, and payroll coordination. The role also ensures compliance with labor laws and timely processing of government contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

The HR Officer will assist in implementing company policies, monitoring attendance, preparing HR reports, and supporting employee engagement activities. In addition, the position requires coordination with clients to ensure that all HR-related and documentation requirements for project-based employees are properly met.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A background or experience in employee and labor relations is required, with willingness to learn other HR areas. This role contributes to building a compliant, efficient, and people-focused workplace.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR

  • With background or experience in Employee and Labor Relations

  • Can handle general HR functions or willing to learn other areas of HR
