INVENTORY STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting or any Business-related course
  • Computer literate and able to perform inventory-related tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using inventory systems/software for updating stock counts, monitoring variances, and preparing inventory reports
  • Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
  • Responsible, organized, and capable of meeting inventory and reporting deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, record, and update inventory levels accurately
  • Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile system records with actual stocks
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
  • Report discrepancies, losses, and variances to the immediate supervisor
  • Ensure proper documentation of stock movements (inbound/outbound)
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding stock availability and requirements
  • Maintain organized and updated inventory files and records
