Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines JRC VISA CONSULTANCY AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES Full time ₱300,000 - ₱360,000 per year
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year HR work experience.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process payroll and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Manage HMO and group life insurance.
  • Handle administrative duties.
  • Other tasks that may be performed from time to time or as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
