Job Summary
The role oversees and prepares design drawings with the team, coordinates with consultants and other departments, and ensures thorough review and supervision of construction activities for all related Horizontal (housing, amenities, showcase areas), Vertical, and Commercial projects—including mid-rise and special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the team during data gathering to define client objectives, project requirements, and develop the project timeline.
- Creates 2D and 3D concept plans and prepares marketing materials during the Schematic Stage.
- Supports the preparation and presentation of departmental outputs for Product Development Meetings and contributes to weekly, monthly, and other required reports.
- Produces drawings for Permit Plans during the Design Development Stage, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
- Oversees planning tasks during the Bidding Stage, attends pre-bid meetings, and addresses RFIs.
- Supervises the development of Final Construction Drawings and ensures copies are distributed to Purchasing and Construction teams.
- Conducts site inspections during the construction stage to monitor quality across model units, showcase areas, landscaping, and amenity spaces.
- Assists the Planning Head with administrative and clerical requirements of the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Licensed.
- With at least five (5) years of related experience in Horizontal, Vertical, Land Development and Commercial Design.
- Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, V-ray or Lumion
- With experience in Manual Drafting & Sketching
- Knowledgeable in NBCP and IRR of HLURB
- Good communication and presentation skills
