Were hiring a Philippines-based Lead Recruiter to help expand our remote hiring efforts across the Philippines and Latin America. In this role, youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions in Customer Service, Medical Records, and Legal Assistance.

What Youll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Source and engage top candidates from the Philippines and Latin America for U.S.-based roles.

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, system setup, and first-day readiness.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.

  • Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners to meet staffing goals.

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports or dashboards as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment workflows.

  • Provide support for HR administrative functions
Who You Are

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open roles efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator in English (neutral to light accent preferred).

  • Professional, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.

  • Confident and proactive in evaluating candidates and making hiring recommendations.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with ATS tools and online recruitment platforms.

  • Independent, dependable, and highly self-motivated in a remote work setup.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles (customer support, healthcare, or legal preferred).

  • Solid background in end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing and onboarding.

  • Hands-on experience with Rec ATS tools such as Ashby, Gem, Manatal, Workable, or Greenhouse.

  • Demonstrated success in remote and high-volume recruitment.

  • Ability to manage cross-regional hiring (Philippines + Latin America).

Nice to Have

  • Spanish proficiency or experience coordinating with Latin American candidates (a strong plus).

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps).

  • Modern computer or laptop suitable for video interviews and recruitment tasks.

  • Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.

  • Power and internet backup (UPS or equivalent).
