What You'll Do:

We are looking for a versatile Technical Support Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise to potential customers and/or ensure seamless post-sales support, addressing technical issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Pre-Sales:

  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with the sales team in customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to help convert leads into successful opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to effectively showcase our IT solutions, features, and capabilities.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Perform technical assessments, evaluations, and feasibility studies to address customer requirements and technical challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance on product functionality, integration options, and implementation strategies.

What We'd Like You To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience (internship or entry-level role) in IT or a similar field is highly regarded but not required. Fresh gradutes are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms particularly with AWS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
