Job Description

- Inputting of creditor invoices into in an accurate and timely manner

- Ensuring appropriate approvals are received before passing invoices for payment

- Reconciliation of supplier statements and following up on queries

- Preparing payments to suppliers ensuring accounts are kept within terms

- Ensure freight invoices are accurately recorded at a consignment level where possible

- Ensure inbound freight is recovered from respective clients

- Accurate receipting of payments received from commercial and export customers

- Assisting debtor query and claims resolution to ensure prompt payment

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of the AP/AR process

- 5-year experience in a similar role, with core focus on the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Highly analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail.

- Team player with a proactive approach to communication and raising of issues

- Flexible and willing to get involved wherever necessary to ensure the group goals and objectives are met

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
