JOB SUMMARY

The Cashier is responsible for the proper recording and reporting of accounts receivable. He / she ensures that all collections and payments are posted in SAP system for payout. He/she is responsible for transmitting all PDC to bank.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Admin Operations

  • Ensures proper recording and reporting of accounts receivable
  • Allocates payment thru SAP system for payout
  • Prepares PDC Transmittal to bank
  • Generates end of day report for all collections
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by the immediate head as the need arises to ensure continuity of Operations.

2. Customer Service

  • Ensures that all collections are accurately processed and within the agreed realistic lead time to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Creates positive relationship with customers by promptly and courteously answering inquiries with regards to their account status to ensure retention of valued customers.
  • Manages complaints reported by coordinating with the concerned department to ensure that the resolution and feedback is provided on a timely manner and within the set service level agreement.
  • Escalates any problems or issues encountered in the area of responsibility that could not be resolved to immediate superior to ensure that right action and solution will be implemented.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1-2 years of cashiering experience.
  • With excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Preferably with a professional driver's license and can speak local dialect.
  • Reliable
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
