RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring all collections are properly accounted for including documents such as Sales Invoices, Official Receipts and Copies of Permits for the branch
  • Accepts payments/proceeds for merchandise and services offered in the store
  • Verifies all credit card transactions as to the validity and veracity of the card prior to acceptance of any form of payment
  • Does requisition, monitoring and safekeeping the series of Sales Invoice, Official Receipts and other supplies
  • Secures and safe keeps collections such as cash, card and checks as well as approved documents and requisition slips and undeposited sales proceeds inside the vault
  • Acts as petty cash custodian and ensures transactions are properly approved and accounted for
  • Deposits daily all cash and check collection to the company's official back account
  • Records all credit card sales
  • Monitors pending transactions such as 7 days/30 days terms given to companies or government agencies
  • Prints out X and Z reports daily
  • Checks previous transactions prior to proceeding to the day's transactions
  • Provides excellent customer service to customers/clients
  • Informs the Manager and/or Supervisor for any unusual incidents not in accordance with company guidelines.

Pay: Php513.00 per day
