Job Summary:​​

Candidates should possess experience in logistics sectors such as warehousing and full-truckload transportation, with client or supplier resources in key Philippine industries, including major home appliances, auto parts, consumer goods, apparel & footwear, and photovoltaic energy storage. The role involves direct client-facing business development to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:​​

  1. Supply Chain Client Opportunity Development​

  2. Proactively develop and manage client resources from local Philippine and multinational enterprises, with a focus on five core industries: major home appliances, auto parts, consumer goods, apparel & footwear, and photovoltaic energy storage.

  3. Responsible for meeting individual sales targets by overseeing the entire sales cycle (from lead generation and demand alignment to contract signing and renewal follow-up).

  4. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management​

  5. Prepare and present professional proposal documents and quotations, with capabilities in business negotiation and contract execution.

  6. Establish and maintain long-term, stable, and trust-based client partnerships.

  7. Customized Solution Design​

  8. Analyze clients' supply chain pain points based on their needs, and lead or collaborate with the solutions team to design tailored solutions (including but not limited to warehousing management, full-truckload transportation, and value-added services).

Qualifications & Experience:​​

  1. 2–5 years of sales experience in third-party logistics companies
  2. Understanding of the Philippine warehousing operations and full-truckload transportation market, including major suppliers, pricing levels, and operational models.
  3. In-depth supply chain knowledge in at least two of the following industries: major home appliances, auto parts, consumer goods, apparel & footwear, and photovoltaic energy storage, along with corresponding client opportunity resources.

Competency Requirements:​​

a) Language Skills:​​ English as the working language (Mandarin proficiency preferred but not mandatory due to involvement with Chinese clients).

b)  Comprehensive Quality:​​ Clear logic, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive follow-up mindset.

c) Business Skills:​​ Capable of communication, solution presentation, and business negotiation, with the ability to independently manage client-facing business.

d) Cross-Department Collaboration:​​ Ability to efficiently coordinate with the supply chain solutions team, finance, legal, and other departments.
