The estimator is responsible for undertaking quantity take off of horizontal works, vertical structure, and such other works carefully estimating the required materials and labor, as well as soft and indirect costs entailed in executing the job or delivering the finished good or product.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Work priorities are clearly established and followed.
  • Files and databases are accurate and updated on a regular basis. Assures back-up in maintaining files and databases
  • Records are accurate, neat and easily interpreted.
  • Communicates clearly to all levels within and outside the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply but a relevant work experience is an advantage
  • Organize and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to start immediately at our main office in Angeles City, Pampanga
