We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Administrator/Estimator to join our dynamic New Business Team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide vital administrative and technical support throughout the tendering process, from coordinating documentation and managing estimation activities to liaising with stakeholders and evaluating supply chain pricing. Your work will ensure accurate, timely, and competitive bid submissions that align with project goals and client expectations.

As a key player in bid creation, you'll help craft compelling tender proposals, support comprehensive cost estimations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in line with ISO standards. If you're highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Estimator, Tender Administrator, or in a similar role
  • Proven experience supporting clients based in Australia, New Zealand, or the US
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar tools for scaling off Schedules of Quantities (SoQs)
  • Strong skills in data entry, reporting, and schedule preparation
  • Solid understanding of civil and commercial construction methodologies
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours (AEST/NZST)
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City
