What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a
Software Tech Sr. Onboarding Specialist
and take ownership of the full client onboarding process-from kickoff to platform configuration, stakeholder training, and live event support. You'll juggle multiple Giving Day projects while ensuring a seamless, client-focused experience that drives lasting impact.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 4 years' experience in onboarding, client implementation, or SaaS training
• Strong background in managing complex timelines and multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with
  project management tools
  (Salesforce, , Certinia preferred)
• Ability to work independently, manage client expectations, and troubleshoot issues
• High attention to detail and solid documentation habits

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with fundraising platforms or Giving Day events
• Familiarity with nonprofits, higher education, or peer-to-peer fundraising

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Manage 4-10 Giving Day projects at a time
• Oversee the entire client onboarding and implementation process
• Configure platforms and lead stakeholder training
• Provide live event support, including same-day assistance during Giving Days
• Communicate, facilitate, and manage client expectations effectively
• Deliver documentation and maintain high-quality project standards
