JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant with skills in Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

NABUA LAW and JUST REGISTER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong skills in Marketing and Branding. The ideal candidate is adaptable, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role offers the opportunity to support a leadership team and take part in dynamic, multifaceted operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, appointments, and travel plans
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence and other formal documents
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects and tasks
  • Coordinate communications and assist in organizing meetings and events
  • Maintain and organize confidential records and digital files
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and other financial-related tasks
  • Support HR functions including onboarding and employee record management
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and contribute to branding efforts
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to team projects as needed
  • Assist in business planning and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Experience in financial and HR support is an advantage
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
  • Knowledgeable in branding strategies and basic marketing tools
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus
  • Must have a valid passport and be open to both local and international travel
