Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, Creative, etc.) to ensure timely and successful implementation of brand activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for the brand.
- Manage day-to-day brand operations, including product launches, packaging updates, and merchandising.
- Support in creating marketing materials such as presentations, sales kits, and digital content.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, promotions, and other brand activities.
- Assist in managing the brand\'s budget, purchase requisitions, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communication channels.
- Provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing Director.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions (internship or fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word): knowledge of digital marketing tools, data analytics, or basic design software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
