Overview

Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead at Personal Collection | Operations | FinTech | E-commerce | Healthcare | Commercial

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, Creative, etc.) to ensure timely and successful implementation of brand activities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for the brand.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations, including product launches, packaging updates, and merchandising.
  • Support in creating marketing materials such as presentations, sales kits, and digital content.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, promotions, and other brand activities.
  • Assist in managing the brand\'s budget, purchase requisitions, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communication channels.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions (internship or fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word): knowledge of digital marketing tools, data analytics, or basic design software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
