We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage appointment scheduling, assist with patient communication, and support digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and patient engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments while minimizing no-shows.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and follow up professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks, including social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to support clinic operations and online growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical, administrative, or virtual assistant role (healthcare background preferred).
  • Strong skills in appointment setting and patient communication.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or scheduling software.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) or email marketing experience.
