What makes this role exciting

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will drive strategic change by leading complex, cross-functional projects that shape how we operate and grow. Be the anchor of execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle project delivery—from planning to execution.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.

  • Manage scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Ensure quality and compliance with PMO standards.

  • Report progress and escalate issues when needed.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

This role follows hybrid work arrangement with 4x/month RTO. Work schedule is 3pm-12mn PH time.

Experience needed for this role

Must-Haves:

  • Senior Extensive experience in project/program management, including software projects.

  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SDLC).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • University degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong leadership and team alignment skills in high-stakes environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certifications in PMP, Prince2, or similar.

  • Experience in payroll cycles or global expansion.

  • Proven leadership in motivating cross-functional teams toward shared goals and delivering results.
