Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical aspects of construction projects. Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the technical aspects of construction projects.

  • Interpret and implement engineering designs and plans.

  • Conduct site surveys and set out the works.

  • Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.

  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.

  • Monitor progress, ensure quality, and maintain accurate records.

  • Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and any issues that arise.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

  • Manage and maintain site equipment and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
