Engineering Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Familiarization of Company's properties.
• Attending to various technical concerns from MCY PROPERTIES including GO KAA UNITS, SKY 1 TOWER and SKY RESIDENCE.
• Periodic site visits to MCY PROPERTIES outside Metro Manila.
• Preparation of weekly reports, site visit reports, and feasibility studies for MCY projects.
• Compilation of MCY projects' plans and blueprints and maintain E - files.
• Facilitate the turn - over for lease units and inspection of vacated units.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering graduate, with or without license.
• Preferably Civil Engineering with one (1) year of work experience.
• Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, MS Word, Excel and Power point applications.
• Willing to travel outside Metro Manila for site inspections.
• Cooperative and with positive outlook towards the job.
• Can accomplish works with minimum supervision.
• With good moral character.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
