GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting the company and its products, advancing company strategic goals through marketing campaigns, social media engagement and quality customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service, including but not limited to handling customer complaints, queries, returns, requests.
  • Create social media campaigns, including but not limited to regular posts, announcements of holiday closures, promotional events or products.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, goals and deadlines.
  • Create reports on marketing and customer service performance.
  • Perform market and client research.
  • Organize special events in line with the company's branding or image.
  • Create signages, window displays, rack displays according to the company's needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service area
  • Performs other functions as required by the immediate superior or as required by the management

Company Involvement

  • Abides with the company's set of rules, regulations and policies
  • Attends meetings (weekly or monthly meetings) as required by immediate superior and other departments.
  • Suggests and participates in achieving department plans and goals.
  • Represents and promotes a positive image of the company both on and off the job.
  • Performs other functions as required by the immediate head or as required by the top management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Customer service oriented
  • Leadership skills or potential
  • Graphic Design skills - including working knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or other design software
  • Must be social media savvy - proven ability to garner likes and follows on different social media platforms
  • Can multi-task and be organized
  • Attention to details
  • Can work under pressure
  • Works harmoniously with others

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Gender : Male/Female

Educational Requirements : College Level or College Graduate majoring in Digital Marketing/ Marketing Management

Work Experience : preferably 1 year to 3 years of work experience in a related field

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Regular working hours
