Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product's features, benefits, and clinical applications.
  • Able to communicate with customers, end-users, healthcare professionals skillfully and with enough technical knowledge.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing customer network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other related persons.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor updates, development of the products under surgical specialties, and overall market knowledge.
  • Ensure that strategies are followed and executed. Including building new leads, expanding the market, and following through marketing activities.
  • Maintaining a professional and good working relationship with the team and other divisions within the company.
  • Ensure accounts/sales funnel under assigned territory are followed-through and are regularly monitored.
  • Helping identify opportunities and grow business at existing clients.
  • Execute business objective and strategic plans of the division in driving the business forward.
  • Gathering and relaying customer feedback to the product development team for product improvements and future development.
  • Maintaining an organize and proper work environment.
  • Ensuring that the team and company's missions and values are incorporated into day-to-day work culture.
  • Supporting clinical cases of the products under surgical specialties.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Processing and collecting customer payments and refunds for machine rentals & other related transactions.
  • Accomplishing ingress & egress- including coordination with operations and logistics team, paper works and permits, and other related functions.
  • Conducting product presentations, hands-on training, in-service training, and refresher training.
  • Conducting market research for products under the surgical specialties division.
  • Execute tasks and other related functions that forms part of the division's business strategy.
  • Prepare price quotations, proposals, brochures, and other important documents that are required as part of the sales process.
  • Identifying potential customers and traveling to customer locations.
  • Reporting sales, market, and account updates during business meetings.
  • Performing miscellaneous duties that falls under the scope/purpose of this role.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Minimum Bachelor's/ College Degree preferably in RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Physical Therapy, Ophthalmology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with good clinical experience in handling diagnostic modalities or equivalent medical equipment.
  • Sales experience (not mandatory for this role) specializing in medical devices, product, equipment industry with exposure in radiology, surgery, interventional therapy, or equivalent.
  • Able to learn and handle multiple products.
  • Must be able to travel and be out stationed for days to weeks at a time.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding in Medical and Surgical Equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in MS office- PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be willing to work with a team and contribute to a harmonious work environment to ensure productivity.
  • Preferably with understanding of Government bidding process.
  • Effective time management and requires minimal supervision.
  • With positive working attitude and able to embrace Transmedic's Guiding Principles, Values, & Mission.
  • Practice integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times.
  • Residing in NCR.
