As a Clinical Applications Specialist at FAS Diagnostic Group Inc., you will play a vital role in providing clinical expertise and support for implementing, utilizing, and maintaining our in vitro diagnostic solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of clinical applications, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams, conducting product demonstrations, installations, and comprehensive training sessions. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless integration and optimal utilization of our diagnostic solutions in clinical settings, driving superior patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed reports and documentation of all activities for regulatory and internal record-keeping purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Implementation and Utilization:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and end-users to ensure the effective utilization of our in vitro diagnostic solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support during the implementation process, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.

Clinical Support and Expertise:

  • Serve as a clinical expert and point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing guidance and insights on our diagnostic solutions' clinical applications and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any clinical or technical inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.

Training and Education:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, focusing on the optimal utilization and best practices for our in vitro diagnostic solutions.
  • Provide ongoing educational support and resources to ensure customers remain well-informed and proficient in utilizing our products.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all clinical and technical inquiries and support.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and product development initiatives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all product implementations and training sessions adhere to quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of all training activities and customer interactions for internal and regulatory purposes.

Reports and Documentation:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries detailing product implementations, training sessions, and customer interactions for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all activities, including technical inquiries, training sessions, and customer feedback, for record-keeping and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Additional certifications or training in clinical applications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in clinical applications or field support roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in in vitro diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory workflows, diagnostic procedures, and best practices within clinical settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges effectively.

  • Must be willing to do occasional field work. Transportation will be provided (Allowance, car, meal allowance, etc.)
  • Willing to render half-day work on Saturdays.
