Brand Manager

This person will assist in product innovation projects across new segments and formats under the Health and Wellness categories, under the supervision of the Lifelab Health & Nutrition Category Director. The primary responsibility is to drive the end-to-end process of product ideation, incubation, commercialization, and post-launch evaluation to unlock growth opportunities within assigned segments.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation & Product Development
- Support the design and execution of innovation projects within the skincare category, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market scans, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities in skincare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory) to develop feasible and differentiated product concepts.
- Manage timelines and milestones to ensure projects progress efficiently from incubation to commercialization.
Commercialization & Launch
- Support the creation of business cases, including volume, revenue, and profitability assessments.
- Coordinate pre-launch readiness across functions, ensuring marketing, supply chain, and sales teams are aligned.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans.
Post-Launch & Continuous Improvement
- Track and evaluate product performance against business objectives.
- Gather consumer and customer feedback to drive improvements and inform future innovation.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations on innovation outcomes and learnings.
Qualifications
- Brand Manager level
- Experienced in new product development and product management, preferably has a strong background in the Health, Nutrition, or Wellness category
- Experienced in market and consumer insight
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, results-oriented, ability to lead self & influence others, and flexible
- Creative, resourceful, persistent, and willing to learn
- Experience in FMCG or Direct Selling companies is a plus
