Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities: Business Consulting

  • Reach out to international companies interested in entering the ASEAN market, emphasizing opportunities in the Philippines.
  • Offer strategic business advice to international companies and startups aiming to establish a presence in ASEAN and the Philippines.
  • Build and expand TechShake's network by connecting with new corporate entities and investors.
  • Organize networking dinners and events to foster engagement among corporates and investors.
  • Facilitate introductions between advisory startups and corporations/investors.
  • Establish and maintain a network of industry experts in the ASEAN region, ensuring ongoing communication for assigned projects.

Secondary Responsibilities: Corporate Innovation Program, Media, and Events

  • Assist in organizing the annual IGNITE Innovation Conference.
  • Lead the coordination of Innovators-related events, such as TechShake's Innovators' Dinner.
  • Manage the Acceleration Program and Corporate Innovation initiatives.
  • Support other TechShake events by organizing logistics and inviting speakers and attendees.
  • Maintain contact management using HubSpot.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Background in market entry consulting is advantageous, including knowledge of incorporation, accounting, and legal services.
  • Experience in event management within the innovation sector is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with local and international business owners, high-net-worth investors, corporate executives, and venture capitalists.
  • Effective project management and time management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Punctuality is crucial, given the international client base.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive standard salary and benefits package (including 13th-month pay and service incentive leaves).
  • Monthly salary range: P25,000 to P45,000, depending on experience.

Others:

  • Probationary period: 4 months. Mandatory office presence is required daily during probation.
  • Hybrid setup: After probation, office attendance is required for 3 days per week, with 2 days of remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
