We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, with specialization in Air Conditioning systems, along with the ability to handle basic tasks in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or HVAC
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Required Skills: A/C Maintenance, A/C VRV, Carpentry, and Plumbing
  • Proven ability to work across multiple trades:
  • HVAC systems (Split, Window, VRF/VRV, Package units)
  • Electrical troubleshooting (wiring, relays, control panels)
  • Basic plumbing and drainage systems
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, chillers, and compressors
  • Understanding of BMS/automation systems (a plus
  • WIILLING TO BE UNDER AGENCY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical faults
  • Install and maintain AC units, ductwork, and thermostats
  • Handle refrigerants safely and comply with safety/environmental standards
  • Assist in minor plumbing and mechanical repairs
  • Maintain tools, service logs, and compliance with safety standards
  • Work independently or with a team on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
