What you'll be doing

  1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs and upgrades on computers, servers, printers, and other electronic devices
  2. Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats
  3. Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring they can effectively use the company's technology
  4. Maintain detailed records of all technical work performed and recommend improvements to systems and processes
  5. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement new technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. ' experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  3. Proficient in the installation, configuration and maintenance of a variety of IT hardware and software
  4. Knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and data backup and recovery procedures
  5. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  6. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  7. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in IT or a related field would be highly advantageous
