Position Description: To providesupport by assisting the commercial credit card business of the client ensuringthe financial balances match with the figures in its account ledgers.Responsible for credit card reconciliations in accordance with accountingprinciples and client established guidelines Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related coursesTechnical Qualifications: MicrosoftOffice Suite/MSO (preferably 2007 or higher), basic Accounting knowledge, basiccredit card transactions, knowledge in P&L, B/S, understanding of Depositin Transit (DIT)Experience: Minimum experience of 0 to 2 years in GL process - Reconciliations (AR& Bank recons) and journals (accrual & reclass)Organization Structure: Report to Client ManagerWork Schedule: Employees may be assigned to fixed or shifting work schedules, to be set / changed by Management, whenever needed, depending on business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily/monthly reconciliation andsettlements for credit card transactions, including revenue adjustment entriesInvestigate and processcredit cards chargebacksTo prepare and submitmonthly proofing for related GL accountsTimely research and resolution ofcredit card settlement varianciesAbility to resolve customer issues byworking closely with the clientAbility to identify systemic issues andwork with the client for resolutionResearch and dispute credit cardchargebacksPublication ofmonthly chargeback reporting RequirementsCollege graduate of Accountancy or any Finance or Accounting related degreeHighly knowledgeable on MS Excel and reportingGood communication skillsHighly analyticalHigh attention to details Benefits Shift Schedule: candidates must be amenable to work during night and graveyard shift schedulesWork Location: Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong CityWork Setup: Hybrid work (probationary - full onsite; upon regularization - 1 month office, next month WFH on a rotational basis)
