Underwriting Associate

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: 24,000-29,500 PHP/monthly
• Paid Time Off
• Internet Grant (Worth 2,000 pesos)
• You'll receive ongoing training from our Team Managers, who have previously performed the same job and will help you to master it

NOTE: This is a Work From Home position. - Your working hours will be PST business hours, which means you will be doing an overnight shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviewing, submitting and approving loan applications for multiple products.
• Creating and sending loan documents.
• Ensuring compliance on all loan products.
• Verifying all relevant documents to expedite the approval process.
• Verifying references.
• Working closely with Sales teams and managers.

What you should already have:

• At least 1 year of Underwriting experience is a must
• Ability to prioritize and quickly complete a constant flow of inbound requests.
• Able to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing demands.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive person with a good sense of humour
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional skills to respond to issues and enquiries.

This is a great opportunity to get started in the Finance industry as specific licenses or certificates are not required for this role.

The compensation for this role is 23,000-29,000 PHP/monthly

Recruitment Process:

1. Initial Contact: Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will reach out to you to confirm details of your experience and what you are looking for.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager: If the hiring manager is interested, we will schedule an interview with department managers to discuss your suitability for the role.
3. Background Check: Successful candidates will proceed to a background check, which includes verifying your work-from-home setup and identity.
4. Talent Acquisition Discovery Call: We will discuss common policies and arrangements related to our work-from-home setup with you.
5. Offer and Onboarding: We will then provide the necessary documents for your job offer and start the onboarding process.
6. IT Setup: Finally, we will then schedule a call with our Technical Team to setup your computer making sure you're all setup for your first day
