Responsibilities
  • Perform collections and review work performed by team members
  • Resolve queries raised by team members
  • Work with clients and external stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Perform day-to-day activities in the absence of team members
  • Support the manager with reporting activities
  • Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Apply expert technical knowledge and guide others

Skills & Experience
  • Extensive end-to-end knowledge of O2C
  • Good knowledge of Billing, Cash Applications, and Suspense Account Management
  • Experience handling customer queries, collections, bad debt & write-offs, and chargebacks
  • Understanding of collection cycles, collection buckets, and effective dispute management
  • Ability to establish and maintain end-to-end AR process controls
  • Strong accounting knowledge for AR month-end close
  • Strong experience with ERP-based F&A BPO processes
  • Experience managing a Collections Helpdesk and resolving AR discrepancies with internal and external customers
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Experience in IM or Records Management (preferred)
  • Excellent spoken/verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Amenable to work on the following location: Makati, Taguig and Pasig
