Job Summary:

Guangdong Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors.
  • Restocking Supplies: Ensure all guest rooms are equipped with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and other necessary amenities.
  • Guest Requests: Fulfill guest requests for additional items (e.g., towels, pillows, toiletries) in a timely manner.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards and are ready for guest check-in.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages in the room to the appropriate department.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping positio.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move items as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a hotel environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
