  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related technical field. Avocational diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction supervision, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in basic electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with site supervision and coordinating with contractors/suppliers.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. 
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Highly organized with excellent time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projectsand tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel to different site on going construction or project for new store project.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working invarious weather conditions at construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
