Responsible for coordinating various aspects of new building development projects, including capital improvements, site repairs, and construction activities. Provides project management support to Project Managers or Directors, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project requirements. Oversees documentation, contractor coordination, and progress reporting to support successful project delivery.Job Description
About the Role:
- Review and process project-related documentation including requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices.
- Support site teams by identifying project requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating timely completion of work.
- Participate in due diligence reviews and assist in preparing comprehensive physical audit reports for building evaluations.
- Assist in the selection and contracting of consultants and construction contractors, ensuring alignment with project needs and timelines.
- Prepare and issue regular status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on work progress and key milestones.
- Facilitate approvals for organizational changes, project plans, and expenditures exceeding the approved budget.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the daily operations and overall success of the project team.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in architecture, construction, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Project; familiarity with Procore is a strong advantage.
- Should be willing to relocate to Boracay should the project proceed to the next phase, tentatively scheduled for June 2026.
