Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to support our construction projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality outputs to help keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Provide support for project reviews, reporting, and tender programming.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies and sequencing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
