JOB SUMMARY:
The Legal and Compliance Assistant is responsible for crafting, reviewing, and submitting essential documents to align with regulations from SEC, BIR, FDA, SRA, city halls, and other government agencies, and providing assistance to company lawyers in case planning and management. The role demands frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and representatives from government bodies. It involves monitoring regulatory updates, ensuring internal alignment, physically processing documentation, and maintaining a favorable rapport with agencies and local government units, as well as conducting legal research, fact-checking, document preparations, and other related duties that may be assigned. The position requires frequent travel within the Greater Metro Manila area to fulfill these responsibilities.
