Job Overview:

STAFFHIREPH is in search of a results-driven and reliable Supervisor to lead a team and ensure operational efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate is someone with leadership experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve daily and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of assigned personnel or department
  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and performance targets are met
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency
  • Assist in scheduling, delegating tasks, and resolving issues within the team
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports related to performance, attendance, and output
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Can work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
  • Professional, organized, and goal-oriented
