Work at the heart of financial accounting complexity, translating global banking activities into accurate records aligned with regulatory and tax requirements. As a Business Analyst, you'll lead change initiatives, act as the single point of contact for Finance, and ensure business and user requirements are delivered seamlessly across systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into finance and accounting solutions
  • Act as primary contact for end-to-end initiatives
  • Coordinate activities across squads and programs
  • Support backlog management, epics, features, and user stories
  • Conduct data analysis, improve data quality, and maintain accounting controls
  • Execute functional, acceptance, and migration testing
  • Collaborate with IT to translate solution designs into system changes
  • Provide second-line functional support and monitor daily accounting processes
What You Bring
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting, Business IT, Economics, or related field
  • Strong background in Financial Markets (FM), including Foreign Exchange (FX) products, trades, and external market dealings
  • Experience in Group Treasury (GT): cash flow, liquidity, capital planning, funding, surplus cash investment, and risk mitigation (hedging)
  • Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting in Banking and core banking processes
  • Expertise in complex Financial Markets products and product accounting concepts
  • Understanding of hedge accounting (advantageous)
  • SQL experience is a must
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile mindset with ability to work across global, cross-functional teams
