· Facilitates out-patient availments:

· Handles queries received from walk-in customers and through phone and documents accordingly in a call management system.

· Encourages customer feedback and resolves availability complaints or concerns of members, otherwise elevates to CAS Supervisor.

· Ensures compliance to Key Result Areas (KRA) targets such as transaction handling time.

· Obtains members in filing reimbursement claims.

· Provides assistance to members during their confinement.

· Facilitates enrollment and cancellation of membership as endorsed by account's HRD.

· Assists members in filing reimbursement claims

· Assists in collection of payments for accounts receivables, premium and lost ID cards fees.

· Endorses to the Annual Check-up (ACU) unit scheduling of ACU and Executive Check-up (ECU) availment of member and facilitates release of ACU results to members

· Constantly communicates with HMO Company CAS Supervisor and/or Head Office on pressing issues.

· Prepares and submits pertinent reports as required by HMO Company CAS Supervisor like Clinic Utilization reports, Incident reports, and other reports that the CAS Supervisor deems necessary.

· Performs other duties as may be assigned by HMO Company CAS Supervisor/Manager/Department Head from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
