JOB SUMMARY

The Driver/Warehouse assistant reports directly to warehouse head, performing, a range of duties aimed at ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse, including managing stock flow, transporting clients/packages, and handling various warehousing task like receiving, checking, picking and dispatching goods.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations, including researching and planning for traffic/weather delays and using navigation for the best routes
  • Interact with clients professionally at all times
  • Ensures the vehicle is always fueled, ready for use, and arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
  • Receive, move, check, store all incoming goods, ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality
  • Pick and pack products, selecting space and arraigning goods designated areas
  • Ensure all inventory processes (including receiving and dispatch prep) are completed on the same day
  • Load and unload all vans and other vehicles
  • Maintain and service all warehouse tools, machinery, equipment, trucks, and operate a forklift

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in a similar industry

Education:

  • At least High School graduate

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • Physically fit
  • With height at least 5 feet 5 inches
  • With teamwork skills
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • Willing to work beyond operating hours
  • A valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience to perform the job
  • Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy luggage, packages and objects, as well as be able to load and unload them from their vehicle

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
