Job description:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. (PRC Licensed is required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience in architecture.
  • Proven experience in site activities and architectural finishing works such as Masonry works, Ceiling & Tile, painting (Technically and Aesthetically)
  • Experience in conducting site inspections, verifying work quality, and enforcing quality compliance.
  • Skilled in identifying non-conformances and initiating corrective/preventive actions.
  • Has keen attention to detail and knowledge of architectural standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal team and clients through regular check-ins and communication.
  • Must have safety training certification.
