About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER AND JANITORIAL SERVICES COOPERATIVE' is seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our dynamic team in San Pedro City, Laguna. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and safety. What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and engine tune-ups
  3. Repair and replace faulty parts, components, and systems to restore vehicles to working order
  4. Test repaired vehicles to ensure proper functionality and safety
  5. Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed
  6. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanic, preferably in the automotive industry
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and hand tools
  5. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe work environment
  7. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
