Overview

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians with skills in Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, and PIC (Process Instrumentation & Control) to support our production operations. This role ensures that machines, utilities, and facilities are in excellent condition to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance work on production equipment and facilities. You will handle troubleshooting of mechanical, plumbing, civil works, and PIC systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, plumbing installations, civil structures, and PIC systems.
  • Support production by ensuring minimal downtime during breakdowns.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repair logs.
  • Assist in project-related civil and mechanical works (e.g., piping, fabrication, construction support).
  • Follow safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational/Technical graduate or TESDA-certified in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.
  • With hands-on experience in mechanical repair, plumbing systems, civil works, or PIC maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety practices, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
